Watercraft rentals must be made online up to one week in advance.

To ensure a smooth reservation process:
- Choose your reservation date and click the Search button.
- Select 1 or more watercrafts, confirm all items you are reserving are in the box that pops up on the bottom of your screen, and then click the "Add To Cart" button to proceed.


Watercraft Rental Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Cancellations can be made online. Log in to your account to navigate to Cancellations under "My Account".
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Refunds will be given if conditions do not permit watercraft use at the time of your rental due to poor conditions, including, but not limited to, high winds, white caps, thunder and lightning. Partial refunds not available after rental start time.
